This document sets out our returns, refund and exchange policy.
You must not return goods without first contacting us for return details; return address, RMA number, etc.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, that you wish to return the goods for a refund.
You then have 14 days from the date of notification, to return the goods to us at your own expense. To the address we provide.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the VPN service has been used, as this is a digital service, your VPN subscription will be downgraded to the minimum period of 1 month and the monthly fee will be deducted from the refund.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be sent to us, at the address we provide in the RMA authorisation only.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
