Our service works with your existing Internet connection, so you'll need one that’s reasonably fast, stable, and reliable for the VPN router to work properly.
If your connection only delivers 1Mbps - especially during peak times - you can’t expect to stream 10Mbps HD content. 😉
For the best performance, we recommend connecting your VPN Router to your existing broadband router using the provided Ethernet cable. Just plug it into one of the available LAN (Local Ethernet) ports - usually grouped together and often yellow.
In situations where an Ethernet connection isn’t available - like in a hotel - you can connect the VPN Router to Wi-Fi. However, we still suggest using a wired connection when possible, as it's generally more stable and reliable.
All our VPN Routers also support popular 4G USB dongles. This lets you use a local data SIM - perfect for avoiding roaming charges when fibre or fixed-line broadband isn’t available.

If you’ve previously purchased one of our routers and your VPN subscription has expired, no problem - just get in touch with our Support team and we’ll help you get up and running again.

No - our UK VPN is exclusively for use with a VPN Router supplied by us.
You're welcome to take your VPN Router with you when travelling or moving around, but the VPN connection must come from one of our pre-configured devices.
Using a VPN app on a phone, tablet, or computer is not supported with our service. Doing so increases the risk of our UK IP addresses being flagged as "suspected VPN," which can impact reliability.
Yes!
While we don’t supply Sky Stream subscriptions or Pucks ourselves, you can absolutely connect your existing device to one of our VPN Routers.
Just a heads-up: Sky doesn’t like seeing the same subscription used from multiple IP addresses at the same time. So, if you have more than one Sky Stream Puck and plan to take one abroad, make sure to unplug the others back home before using it overseas.
If multiple Pucks on the same account connect from different locations simultaneously, Sky may charge you an additional £26 per box, per month as a "used out of home" fee.

For the initial VPN Router purchase - through this website or eBay - we accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Please note that eBay does not accept Amex, but this website does.
When it's time to renew your VPN service, payments can be made directly via PayPal, Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
The IP address will behave largely as static — best described as 'sticky.' It will likely remain the same for extended periods but may change occasionally. Thus, it is not technically static.
The IP address may change occasionally, particularly if we need to adjust load balancing on our network.
The IP address will always be a Residential IP address — that is guaranteed.
To the best of our ability, we will ensure that all major sites remain accessible. If a site becomes blocked — either detected by us or reported by a customer — we may change the IP address to resolve the issue.
Customers cannot manually change their IP address.
If you require a service that offers access to multiple IP addresses that can be changed on demand, this service may not be the right fit for your needs.
